I failed my first big tech interview

I did horrible in my first big tech interview. Like really bad.

Fast forward a year or so later. I applied again at Expedia, but this time for a 3-month temporary role. I was able to land that interview (no math).

Within 2 months another manager within Expedia offered me a full-time role! She even let me write my own job description. She was interested in me, regardless of what role I did for her.

Just because you fail an interview, doesn't mean you're not good enough. Try again. Outwork them. I was more than good enough for Expedia. The interview process failed.
