But this method is different
By this method u can move this effect and even change the image, effect will be there

Here are the main steps from the tutorial ⤵️
1. Make your design
2. Convert it into smart object
3. Duplicate your design or image
4. Blur the duplicated layer
5. Now make rectangle below the blurred image
6. Clip image to rectangle
7. Apply layer style effects

And its done ! U r ready to experiment with this effecf
