Building a spice rack for our van with reclaimed wood ♻️ One of my goals is to become more self-sufficient, and part of this is making more of my own things instead of buying them. And because the space behind our shower had unusual dimensions, I had no choice but to build our own spice rack 😁

I used non-toxic wood stain and their wood oil, and the tiles are hand-painted by a Polish artist. I also treated the dead mould on the thin pieces of wood with white vinegar and then sanded it off until it was gone.

I love the witchy vibe of this spice rack, it fits so well with the rest of the kitchen which we built with mostly reclaimed wood
