This track will guide to connect to someone in the astral realm, be it a deceased loved one, a deity, a god or goddess, an ET, an enlightened master or just a friend. The method used here is relaxation, as you relax further and further, mind and body, at a certain point you will feel your astral body being pulled out of your body.
