NOTE:
Watch OS 7 made a small change to the process of ensuring Clockology stays open and doesn't revert back to the default apple watch face. Instead of selecting 'Always' for 'On screen wake show last app', the option has been replaced with 'On crown press'. So to clarify, to change this setting you go to Watch App - General - Wake Screen - On wake screen show last app - On crown press.

The apple watch will also stop displaying Clockology if you:
Exit/force close Clockology app FROM the apple watch
Cover the watch with your palm
Take off the Apple Watch and it locks itself due to Wrist Detection
