Food I ate:
1. Breakfast // 8 AM
a) Oatmeal - milk, water, oats
b) Scrambled Egg Dish - eggs, coriander, green onion, mushroom, salt, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, spinach, feta cheese, mixed berries
c) Steamed Pears - asian pears & dried goji berries
d) Cranberry pumpkin seed bread w/ cream cheese
e) Persimmon
f) Honeydew
2. Snack // 11:30 AM - honeydew, maple pecans, cookies & tea!
3. Lunch // 3 PM
a) Boiled Broccoli - broccoli, salt, spices, hot oil, vinegar
b) Pan Fried Tofu - tofu, green onion, pepper, spices, soy sauce
c) Chinese Tomato & Egg Stir Fry - eggs, garlic, spring onion, salt, pepper, soy sauce, vinegar, tomatoes, and sugar!
d) Meatball Soup - meatballs (or balls of meat heh), cabbage, Korean vermicelli sweet potato noodles, seasoning, and seaweed!
e) sliced beef
f) and of course served with rice!
4. Dinner // 7 PM
a) Millet porridge - millet, water, squash, dates, beans
b) Dehydrated apple chips from Costco!
c) Maple pecans
