Tomatoes - 4 kg
Garlic - 200 g

Sweet red pepper - 2 tbsp
Hot red pepper - 1 tsp
Sugar - 100 g
Salt - 70 g
Table vinegar (6%) - 70 ml

Step-by-Step Recipe:
1. Prepare the tomatoes and cut them into small pieces.
2. Grind to a thick mass.
3. Put the tomato mass on low heat for about 1 hour.
4. Divide the garlic into cloves.
5. Pour boiling water over the garlic cloves for 3 minutes.
6. Now, peel the garlic easily.
7. Mince and add the garlic.
8. Add the spices - salt, pepper, sugar, and vinegar.
9. Sterilize (boil) the jars.
10. Fill the sterilized jars.
