Tutorial - How to use enable the "Peace and Quiet" feature in WhatsApp?

I made this video as a simple WhatsApp tutorial on how to mute annoying and spamming chats which you don't want to leave, but also don't want them to pop-up at the top of the messages list when you open WhatsApp.
