RECIPE ⬇️ INGREDIENTS ~1.5 lbs Yukon gold potatoes - 1 lb lean ground beef (Used 93/7) - Extra virgin olive oil - Taco Seasoning of choice (l used @Grillin With Dad's) Pico De Gallo (Combine all ingredients) -1 cup fresh diced tomatoes -1/2 cup diced red onion - 1 small jalapeño diced -(Remove seeds unless you want it spicy) - 1/2 cup chopped cilantro - Juice of 1/2 a lime - Salt to taste Guacamole (Combine all ingredients) - 2 medium sized avocados - 1/2 cup diced red onion - Juice of a lime - 1/2 cup cilantro chopped - Garlic powder to taste - Salt to taste Note: The measurements are estimated.
