Managed Service Providers (MSPs) often have the reputation of being hard to work for. In my opinion this is a reputation well deserved. Many MSPs are run by business owners that started off as practitioners that frequently don’t have a lot of leadership and management experience so they struggle to learn how to lead people effectively. Some figure it out, but plenty don’t.
