Women in Private Wealth

Female clients will control more than 66% of household assets by 2030, and yet less than 20% of financial advisors are women. Recruiting and developing female talent is a top priority for many wealth management firms over the next decade. We plan on highlighting this and other important underlying trends in the industry and discuss what strategies are being implemented to create a more diverse workforce in the private wealth industry.
