#26 Hantek Bench Power Supply review and remote control with Raspberry Pi (HDP1160V4S)

This is a quick review of the Hantek adjustable power supply features and serial connectivity.

Model: HDP1160V4S

PROS:
stable output
RS232 - remote control
easy to use
OCP/OVP
"preview" before turning on output

CONS:
awkward form-factor (it's tall, easy to tip over)
the noise is always at 50mv even when output is 1V, making it ~5%
per-digit adjustment
