Video Chat Networking with Other Developers (Pramp Beta Feature)

Back in December Pramp (pramp.com) was trying out a beta feature called Networking. Typically Pramp is used for Technical and behavioral interview preparation with peers, but this was a little different and I really liked it.

Until Pramp has the feature I would recommend using Linkedin's Mentoring feature or just reaching out to other people and LinkedIn and having a Facetime/Skype/etc interview with them. Be respectful of their time and only do it for 15 or 30 minutes. Make sure to be as useful as possible and help others, because what goes around, comes around.
