This is my new peaceful morning exercise routine. It's been hard for me to remember a routine and yet tons of videos are out there that overwhelms me with their talking and fast paced routine. There are some days when joining a class is just not an option. I hope this helps to ground you and allows you to be gentle with yourself as you start or end your day.

You can pair this with any relaxing music playlist. I personally prefer a good meditative ambience (Spotify - A Tranquil Word) or this (   • Meditation music 90 minute countdown timer  ). I'm not affiliated to either.
