Professor Peter de Menocal, Ph.D., discusses how climate is changing today, why it is changing, and how this impacts people and the global economy. As the Director of Columbia’s Center for Climate and Life, he represents a team of over 100 scientists conducting novel research to understand how climate impacts life’s essentials food, water, shelter, and energy.
