Empire Earth Russian Campaign - Reversed: The Crocodile

I am playing a reversed version of "the crocodille" by Sidewinder_9508. You play as the Voronezh authorities and you need to stop Grigor.

I have added audio to the dialogue and change some minor things, but it is overwise completely created by Sidewinder_9508.
