Well, we see companies, all the time, have huge goals of opening operations in Mexico and use our team to help with recruitment. What happens is we deliver solid candidates, they make a hire and then want to go through the process of hiring an EOR (Employer of Record) or register their company in Mexico. This doesn't work! We see companies lose candidates because of the extra delay this poorly planned strategy promotes.
