Learning to be at ease with slowness in a world that constantly pushes us to do more has been a challenging but infinitely rewarding journey for me. After living at an incredibly hectic pace in my early twenties, these days I’m happiest strolling through the woods or spending slow mornings immersed in a good book, rather than chasing distractions and material belongings. Slow living is a daily commitment in the face of everything society tells us is desirable - but I haven’t regretted my decision a single time 🧡
