Practice Thoppukaranam. With your left hand, grasp your right ear lobe, thumb forward, with your right hand, grasp your left ear lobe, thumb forward. Squat as deeply as comfortable, inhaling through your nose on the way down, exhaling on the way up. There are benefits if you face east and plant your tongue on the roof of your mouth.
