【困難続出】街も住民も歳を重ね…苦悩抱える高層住宅『芦屋浜シーサイドタウン』

This time we visited Ashiyahama Seaside Town in Ashiya City, Hyogo Prefecture.
Located in Ashiya City, which is famous as one of the most exclusive residential areas in Japan, this huge housing complex looks like a futuristic city.
We will walk around the site and explain how the futuristic housing complex was built in the middle of the Showa period (1926-1989) and the problems it faces today!
