This is the last of video about the 4 Case Study Houses that are located next to each other on the same compound. Case Study House nr. 18 also known as ''West House'' is one of the lesser known designs from the project and often considered less spectaculair. Still it's a very interesting example of a cost effective constructed middle class modernist house. And it's placed on a beautifull location. To preserve the legacy of the CaseStudy Project I made this video with my own drawings and photos found on the internet. Dedicated to architect Rodney Walker.
