1 red onion.
Olive oil.
4 mushrooms.

Black pepper.
Fry for 5-7 minutes.
Butter 2 tablespoons.
Flour 2 tablespoons.
Milk 2 cups / 500 ml.
Salt.
Black pepper.
Nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon.
Cheese.
The sauce is ready!

Cook in the oven for 35 minutes at 180 ° C (350 ° F).
